Aged 3- 4 Years

The children leave their parent/carer to chat in the coffee area and enjoy attending this class on their own. In our exciting theme based sessions* the children  develop new and challenging skills focusing on action, balance and co-ordination. Our fantastic child:staff ratio means that each child receives individual attention.

The lessons are supported by the fun music of the Sticky Kids. This very popular Fitness programme was initiated by Kate at Jack in a Box, and due to their Ofsted recommendation is now used by nurseries and pre-schools  throughout the country.
