Aged 2 – 3 Years

Jumping Jacks is a carefully planned structured programme of physical activity for children to explore with their parent/carer. With our specialist equipment we create an exciting, safe and stimulating environment which allows each child to experience a wide variety of different movements both in each session and throughout the term. Sharing equipment, taking turns, and problem solving are also part of the programme, so social and cognitive skills are developed too.

The lessons are supported by the fun music of the Sticky Kids. This very popular Fitness programme was initiated by Kate at Jack in a Box, and due to their Ofsted recommendation is now used by nurseries and pre-schools  throughout the country.
